APS Student Email Accounts

If you need assistance with your APS student Live Mail E-mail account, you will need to contact the IT Helpdesk. They may be reached at helpdesk@indwes.edu; or by calling 1-800-621-8667-ext 2209 or 765-677-2209. Unfortunately, the Online Support team cannot answer your APS Live Mail account questions. Instructions for activating your Live Mail E-mail account can be downloaded here (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader).
 
Using Blackboard with IE 7 on Vista

If you are using the Microsoft Vista operating system the Visual Text Box Editor must be turned off to type. The steps below will set your preferences in Blackboard so that the Text Box Editor is disabled.

  1. From the Blackboard Welcome screen, click on Personal Information;

  2. Click on Visual Text Box Editor Options;

  3. Under Manage Visual Text Box Editor, click 'Unavailable' and click Submit.
